Connect to HiBob inside of Spradley
Start from the Integrations page inside of the platform to find the HiBob integration option. Click on "Connect HiBob" to get redirected to your HiBob login.

Authorize permission inside the HiBob platform
After Spradley directs you to the HiBob platform, you are asked to authorize access to your company's employee data and org structure. Finishing this step will send approval for integration to the Spradley app.

Manage your sync in Spradley
After authorizing permission, a "sync button" should appear inside the integration tab. Proceed to click on the sync option and wait for the employee and org data to transfer. After this you should be able to see your org data under the "employees" tab.
