Spradley MCP
Ask about your Spradley research from Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft 365 Copilot or any app that speaks the Model Context Protocol.
The Spradley MCP server connects your AI app to your company's completed reports. Ask a question in plain language and the answer comes from what your people said, with a link back to each report it rests on.
What you can do
- Ask a question. One open question, such as what is behind the workload complaints, answered and checked against your reports.
- Browse reports. List your completed reports and open the themes of any of them.
- Search. Find whether anyone raised a topic, across every report or one.
- Go deeper. Walk from a theme to the reasons people gave under it, and back.
- Compare departments. See one theme across department reports beside the company.
- Quote. Pull the quotes your reports already published, word for word.
Who can use it
The connector is off by default. Your company's owner turns it on in Spradley under Settings → Integrations, and turning it off stops every connected app at its next call.

- Owners see every report.
- Managers see only the department reports of the departments the owner gave them on the Team page, never the company-wide report.
- Each connection belongs to one person. Nobody else can use it.
What it reads, and what it never sees
Before anything connects, Spradley shows you this and asks you to allow it. You are asked every time.
It can read
- The themes of your completed reports and how widely each was raised
- The reasons people gave under each theme
- Quotes the reports already published
- Departments beside the company
It never sees
- Anything one person said, or who said it
- Counts, or any group of fewer than five people
- A way to change anything in Spradley
Sizes are words, never numbers. An outside model keeps its own memory, so it could add and subtract groups until one person stands out. The connector never gives it a count to work with. Every call is written to your company's audit log with the name of the app that made it.
